Effective October 24, 2026

Dirt to Dividends Youth Foundation exists to help young people learn to grow food and wealth. That work depends on trust, so this policy states plainly what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Dirt to Dividends Youth Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Tallahassee, Florida, serving youth ages 5–17 across Leon County. Questions about this policy can reach us at infinitriinexus@rhxsqw.tech or 424-781-2683.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out a contact, volunteer, partnership, sponsorship, school, program-interest, or major-gift form, we receive your name and email, plus the optional phone number, organization, preferred contact method, subject, and message you type. If you subscribe to our Field Notes newsletter, we receive your email and, if you offer it, your name.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this site, and we do not collect sensitive information such as health or financial account details through these forms.

How we use it

  • Reply to your inquiry and follow up on the conversation you started.
  • Coordinate volunteering, partnerships, sponsorships, school programming, and cohort placements.
  • Send the Field Notes newsletter if you asked for it.
  • Keep internal records of who we have served and who we have worked with.
  • Improve our programs and this website.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the vendors who help us operate this website and our programs, and only to the extent they need it to do that work.

Youth and family information

Information about a young person is submitted by a parent or guardian. We use it only to contact you, place the youth in a program, and support their participation. We do not publish a youth's contact details, and we do not post photographs of a young person without permission from their parent or guardian.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and subscription records are kept while the conversation is open and thereafter as part of our ordinary program records. If you ask us to remove your information, we will, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies and site measurement

This site uses only the small amount of storage needed to function and to keep submissions secure. If we later add analytics or a newsletter platform, that provider may set its own cookies; we will name it here when we do.

Links to other sites

We link to partner, sponsor, and curriculum sites — for example SQW Jr at infinitriiconnect.fun, and the sites of our nursery, curriculum, and community partners. Those sites have their own policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Stop newsletter mail at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE to a newsletter or emailing us.

How we protect it

Submissions are stored in a protected database that only authorized staff can reach, and access is limited to the people who need it to answer you or run a program. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we keep collection to the minimum the job requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our programs and tools change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes are posted here before they take effect.
