Dirt to Dividends Youth Foundation was founded in Tallahassee in 2023 on a simple conviction: that children should learn the language of money the same way they learn the language of the soil — early, by hand, and in community.
Wealth is grown. Not given.
We believe financial literacy is freedom. We believe gardens teach what classrooms can't — patience, weather, stewardship, and the dignity of work. We believe a child who learns to grow food and grow a business by age twelve enters adulthood with a quiet, unshakeable confidence.
We work with parents, public schools, faith communities, and grant partners across Leon County to make sure that conviction reaches every child who wants it — regardless of zip code, household income, or where their family started.
